Susan DianeSLAWSONPassed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on Monday 2nd December 2019 aged 72 years. Susan will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends. A service to celebrate Susan's life will be held at Amber Valley Crematorium on Monday 23rd December 2019 at 4:00pm.
